Having a polypaint issue............

Ok so I am polypainting issue. I have a character in zbrush and I am painting the inside of his lower mouth with a base color. The problem is, for some reason it is actually polypainting through the mouth area down into the neck of the character.

It sounds like it is some kind of sensitivity issue where such as when modeling with move tapology brush over reguarly move brush. Anyone have any idea why it is behaving like this?

Nevermind, I actually just found a solution. I brought the brush size way down and was able to paint the interior of the mouth fine without affecting the exterior of the jaw/neck. I guess the larger brush size was just overlapping or something and was catching vertices on the other side of the mesh.
