Hi there, I was someone could help me within zbrush as I’ve bumped into a little problem. I first noticed this problem when I tried to hide parts of the mesh while poly painting and in doing so it completely destroyed the polypaint that I had on my character. My character does have proper UV’s and the flat texture also shows the same problem that I bumped into prior.
I then tried taking the polypaint that I had and tried to bake it into a texture map. Unfortunately, every time I tried to do this, it turned the whole polypaint black on my character and I was unable to properly obtain the texture map.
What I will throw out there is that I do have multiple layers set up with characters as well as multiple layers on separate subtools. I’ve done some looking online and I guess using Layers in ZBrush is a problem? I mean I hope not because it’s a great function. Does anyone out there have any advice on how I can fix this and why it even occured? Any help would be appreciated. I’ve supplied pictures below of the problems that have been occurring.
