Nah I was talking to Boy1DA’s robot chic and green vested chic. I hadn’t seen your old man just yet.

That does look good, I would like to see it when it is done and in a render, he does look a little younger, like in his 50s but you can do a lot with displacement maps. Zbrush baby, Zbrush.

Sorry. I do use zbrush, and lovin it, but working hard on my own project. Trying to get it done as we speak.

quick update:

i was watching the 4400/dead zone today and i had about an hour to fix it.
i still need some heavy lifting on the eyes, but its looking more like an old man right now.

crits are needed… unless you dont know jack

as well as some of the other collabs you have worked on.

Well it’s all here in this thread. The front pages will always be updated with all
the completed work. And as I get more content I will create a gallery on the front page as well,

until I have enough to create a web page with it all.
But for now I consider this thread my home page for this project.

Ok, I may not be the best person to say this, actually I know i’m not, but I dont think thats what BOY1DA is looking for. Unless this image isn’t even close to being complete you need to really take a look at it, like REALLY good. His neck looks funny matter of fact his whole face looks funny. I’m not trying to be or sound mean but its the obvious fact. It kinda looks like your moving too fast and not taking your time on each piece. Like model the ears and then post. Then model the eyes, nose, and mouth and then post. Work on the shape of the head, then post. Your rushing it way too much. You get me.

He’s not really in a rush so take ur time. And stop using ZBRUSH cuz it can’t change ugly. Allot of pros use max and dont use Zbrush and their work is rediculously good. So stop using it cuz its not doing you any good.

I somewhat agree with tdotmusiq… it seems really rushed, and it doesnt look like a solid human face with the correct proportions.

BOY1DA, nice job on the texturing it looks really nice, got anything else 2D I can do up till now?

lol, considering the art in tdot’s site if i were her i’d choose my constructive criticism very carefully. an older man is harder to make when you need a high poly model. the low res model looks pretty good for a game model.
zbrush sure made a few things easier.

Whoa there. I gotta ask one question. Why do people post a model and ask for crit if they dont really want to hear it. I never knew you had to be skilled in a certain area to be able to judge whats good and whats not. After all isn’t it people like me your trying to impress with these models. People who can’t model jack. Anyways all I gotta say is dont ask for something you dont want to hear the truth about, cuz that all I’m gonna give you is the truth. :smiley:
