-well, finally i got some more time to work on this. there’s been a few personal things i had to take care of first.
i’ve gone a little further with the remodeling of the body in zbrush, and done the base for the head in silo (re-modeled in silo, from a zbrush sketch).

Its looking amazingly great pal. I do like the idea of that exagerated look on the torso as it gives a more inmersive illusion of him being kinda goul or undead but powerfull.

i finished remodeling the body. today i also did base meshes for the belt and bone-necklace.

I love the look.
I find it interesting that even though he is not as bulky as many of the versions of him tend to be but feel crueler than most of those. He has that I don’t need steroids to kick your A**!

I really love the look your are creating here. This guy oozes evil on a “Darth Vader”-level and really does not need any steroids to make him intimidating. Great work!
Small crit: The upper arms seem a bit flat in comparison to the delts and could use some thickness, I’d say. The way you have the arm positioned, the brachialis and triceps (lateral head) should be a tad more visible and provide said volume.

I like the sculpt but I would suggest looking at the teeth somewhere down the line. The font teeth all seem to have general curve at the bottom.

I love the look, i m just curious about the eyes. Could it be more intense if you got just the orbits complete black and eyes could be made by some dark magic flame or so.
Just an idea cause it need, in my opinion, to look more bone like skull … maybe as other suggested correcting the nose or so could make it.

Sorry about that comment. I saw a few people doing Mum-Ra and must of thought you were doing him too. I never really watched He-Man so I forgot who Skeletor was. But yea, he does look pretty good.

On the wireframe image, the density in the teeth makes it look like he’s actually got his mouth wide open in a snarl, and I find that looks better than when you can see that his mouth is closed. That, however, is personal opinion, not a crit. As far as crits go, I have none.

Small thing I noticed: The skull is beginning to look a lot more simian rather than human. Not sure if that is intentional.
