I remember these guys from when I was little. I used to have some of the figures and watched the cartoon.

The model looks good so far. You might consider adding an extra edge loop to the seam where the hood and face connect and then push it in to better help differentiate. As it is right now, it looks like its one piece still.

Looks like you’ve got the style down. Are you planning on cel-shading him?

That’s a really neat way to line up your reference. I don’t know this one, but after checking it out online I thought it to be a really cool character.

Update ! I´m working on the legs right now, tryng to build some nice muscles there, but critics and comments about the mesh and proportion would be really helpful.

I´ve been busy lately, I could´t work the model as much as I wanted to. I only added details to the head and minor corrections on the armor.

Great model dude…

I have a critic…about his mouth… it looks a bit flat, ( there’s no corner in it). the shape of it is strange looking from above it makes a straight line, instead of a curve.

That headpiece is lookingway awesome. My only concern at this stage is the lips. It is pouting or puffing out in a strange way.
