Hair sculpting Help

I need help with sculpting hair. I find it really hard to create the hair for my models and this prevents me from completing them on time. Is there a book that teaches people how to do this?

Use a clay strip brush, or a flat standard brush with slightly rounded edges. Define and origin/ parting and draw out from here. Keep re4peating with different sizes, this will define the main hair bulks. get an ordinary brush - rounded - and subtract/add individual hairs. Just hinting at it will give the illusion.

This is only for ordinary hair. Thin hair or afro will be different.
