Hey guys, I am trying to develop a pflow system that would generate sparks as well as smoke upon an object that hits the ground and then drags along the surface. It basically has to look like metal of a car grinding across the road in an accident. I have done my first attempt and was wondering if you guys could have a look and suggest improvements.
At the moment the green coloured particles are the sparks but I feel I need them to move away from the object at pace. The blue particles are still to be developed better but they are to be used for smoke/dust generation further down the pipeline. Anyway here is my scene, it is max 2010 x64 and uses lock/bond for collision detection. (I dont know if that is the correct way to go about it but its what i first came up with)
Thanks

edit after a bit of tinkering I have been able to make the sparks travel at a faster pace from the crashing teapot! Animated the inheritence speed of the born particles… here is a preview of the viewport
