Graphics Software Engineer
REZN8 Productions is looking for an experienced graphics software engineer to work on a wide variety of projects for real-time 3D user interfaces using technologies such as Windows Presentation Foundation, 3D Studio Max, Python, OpenGL, and pixel and vertex shaders.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience
- Proficient in C++ or C#
- Experience with 3D graphics programming (OpenGL and GLSL)
- Experience with user interface programming
- Writes clean, organized, and modular code.
- Clear understanding and experience with object oriented methodology
- Excited to learn new technologies and new ways of working and thinking
- Excellent communication skills with artists and programmers alike
Secondary Qualifications
- MAXScript and 3D Studio Max SDK programming
- Python, Perl, SQL, PHP, HTML/XML
- Graphics production experience (3D Studio Max and Adobe Photoshop)
Responsibilities
- Develop state of the art C# WinFX applications and demos.
- Maintain existing exporter tools for 3D studio Max, written primarily in MAXScript and C++.
- Continue development on a new and exciting real-time 3D user interface technology written in Python, OpenGL 2.0, and GLSL.
- Translate rich user interface graphics designs from 3D Studio Max and Photoshop into working applications using existing production tools and/or creating new ones as needed.
