Good Concept art College/ course

I am currently in my final year of Bachelor of engineering and want to pursue concept art as a career. Currently I am looking for good institute for a course in game design or concept art and inclining towards SYN studio in Montreal,Canada. I already looked through few other colleges/schools such as fzd and gnomon, in which fzd’s diploma is a very short timed and gnomon is very expensive.

Can someone suggest me any other good colleges with M.A or M.F.A or any 2 year diploma programs worldwide. The budget is quite tight

I miss my college days. My college had also many good art college courses and I did a course of bachelor’s in Art.
