This may help:

http://www.neilblevins.com/cg_education/flat_metallic_surfaces/flat_metallic_surfaces.htm

It’s a max tutorial, but the theory works identically in any 3d package.

ehh, i read it but i still dont know how i would do that in cinema 4d, i havent masterd this program by any means, im still a beginner

Well, I don’t know Cinema4d, but I assume it has a noise map of some sort, if so, place it in the bump slot of your material, make the noise large, and it should help the reflections.
