Hi everybody!
My name is Pierfrancesco and I’m an Italian student.
I came here because I wanted to know if anyone has taken some ONLINE course at Gnomon School in Hollywood. Since I can’t afford to move there and spend 1 yr in LA (though it’d be amazing), i think that the online course offered by Gnomon are the best way to learn CG from here. I have experience in Photography, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and right now i’m taking a 3DSMax course, so I’ll be studing some modelling as well.
I know that it’s a really good school and gives student the right tools to be amazing talented 3D modellers, because anyone that has taken oncampus course has spoken very well about the SChool itself. Anyway, i’d be takin INTRODUCTION TO 3D WITH MAYA, MODELLING IN ZBRUSH, CHARACTER SCULPTING 1/2 and HARD SURFACE 1/2.
Then, If I’ll be lucky enough, I’d go there with a friend of mine wich is moving there for 2 month to follow some Texturing and Shading courses and who knows, maybe also other courses.
