Gliding Tracker problem with Syntheyes to Maya

#1

Hi! I have been a member here for a while now but do not really post but today I want to ask a question  I have ran into this similar problem over and over and is quite frustrating for me during my process of learning match moving and is continuously stopping me from moving forward.
I am using Syntheyes to track and feel like I am getting good results from within Syntheyes because my trackers are sticking through out the whole playback but when I export to Maya my trackers seem to slip from the original locations as I move through my frames. I suspect this has something to do with lens distortion and they way the camera is applying lens distortion within Maya but I am new to this and am unsure. I know many of you here know what you are doing so I thought this would be a good place to ask some advice on how I could figure out what I am doing wrong.
I have attached 2 images (mayaFrame50, syntheyesFrame50) to show the exact same frame in both programs. I have circled an obvious area to show how these trackers do not stay in the same location within Maya as they do in Syntheyes. Instead of sticking on this hard edge as they do in Syntheyes they slip to the left a large ammount in Maya. I am using a Canon5D markII with a 24-105. I have heard how tricky it could be using DSLR with the rolling shutter issue but In this case I do not think this is the problem because again within Syntheyes the track seems to be going perfect with .3 accuracy. Could somebody please please guide me in the right direction on this I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you.
