That’ just refractions in the glass material. Looks like the bottom might have a bit of modelling, maybe an indent or some ridges but hard to tell. I usually want rid of those kind of refractions!

That’s neither material specific or lighting. It’s because the bottle model has proper thickness. Don’t lathe a single spline but a double spline…
