Garbage Map opacity wrong

#1

EDIT - Never mind, I managed to get After Effects, I just did it in there.

Hi there,
I have being having a problem in Premiere, my garbage map layer is a different opacity than the layer below it even tho the values of opacity is the same. Its a duplicate layer of the layer below. Both layers are in sync and all I did was copy and paste the layer. The key-frames are in the exact same place with the same values. I cannot figure out why it is happening, why are they not the same opacity?

You will have to forgive me, the last time I used Maya, Premiere and After Effects was 10 years ago so my skills are a little rusty.

Why cant I invert the Garbage Matte? Copy the Garbage Matte and paste it onto the other layer and invert it. No option to invert tho, the must be a easy way to do this.

Here is a screenshot, you can clearly see the garbage map, any help would be appreciated, thanks.
