Hi, i’ll get right down to it. City Havoc is a Half-Life 2 modification based on Organized Crime. The game will be focused upon gangs and the war of gangs. But it wont be a CS clone with differnt skins, (thankfully) each game will be in a living and breathing City that the players will try to claim for themselves, at first there will be peace in the city, then conflict will insue after one of the gangs try and claim the others turf. AI will play a big roll in this online war aswell. If the players don’t like totting guns and walking in spic span suits they can always freelance in-between gans and work for them. But the main focus, as I said, is Gang wars. There can be more gangs depending on the size of the city.
