game engine collision

I am trying to make a bowling alley test.
When i go to the physics tab and set the bounds to cylinder and i hit “P” they all bounce an fall over.
I tried changing the radius and mass but it does the same thing.
I want them to stay there then when the bowling ball come it hits them.

Please help

It’s difficult to pinpoint the correct solution from many possibilities if you don’t attach a blend file.
