I think you need some interesting element, a focal point, right now the huge electric wall steals the show, it blocks the viewer to see far, and if you have such a huge energy field it should lit all the buildings just next to it, affect the material in the reflective way as well, highlights etc, extend some of the city to the left to balance the image, some boats, bridges, skyscrapers, give it a more dynamic look, make it look alive
