the real calamity jane was alot more "man"ish she would often pass herself off as a man for employment oportunities

I’ve made a little bit of progress on this, and it’s time to show…

Hey holycoww74, you seem to be off to a great start…
There is no big flaw that I can see, just some little things here and there…
1)put some more polys into the finger tips, to help round it out.
2)on the boots, towards the end, make them a little less pointy. (they look like the ends of elf’s shoes)

No big complaints here, keep up the good work. Also what software are you using?

Glad to see another contestant who uses this great software!
About the model: looking really good, but the proportions are kinda hard to judge due to the camera choice. Could you press 5 (ortho instead of perspective) for a few screens?

about the model (just trying to provide some constructive critique)
- the shoulders seem too high and bit too ‘far’ from the chest
- the thighs are too small towards the knees
- the eyes seem a bit big (though of course that may be your ‘style’)

  • the chin is a bit too ‘pronounced’
    other than that the model is really looking good (like the curly toes of the boots); keep it up :thumbsup:

heres a small update…
I tried to fix some of the proportions on the face (like the eyes)
added a hat… little tweaks here and there…

a few more crits:

  • the ears normally go from the bottom of the nose to a bit over the top of the visible eyes
  • the chin and the forehead should ‘match up’
