GAC 11: Bruce Lee the philosopher

Hi! this is my first entry into a GAC. Hope i do well. The other entries are brilliant. Hopefully I dont do too bad. here is my concept.

Name: Bruce Lee
Born: November 27, 1940
Age: 65
Story: Bruce lee did not in fact die, but was hiding out. Tired of how he was percieved as only a fighter and of his public persona, he went into hiding, faking his death. During this time, he goes deeper in his philosophies, studying everything he can get his hands on. Soon, after the death of his son, he goes into depression. He body becomes decrepit, but he never stops reading books. He tries to find a way to resurrect his son. That is his mission as of now. Years of being out of practice has made his body fragile and thin. He is not the bad ass he once was, but the side effects of him studying all kinds philosophies and theories have led to him being able to use his brain like never before. He now fights people telepathically (like psylocke). His movements have slowed down, but at close range he still has his powerful one-inch punch. Otherwise, he is a long distance fighter.

thats all i got for right now. its almost 5am, so i’m not sure if everything makes sense. Hopefully i can finish him in time and also have a concept drawing up soon. thanks for reading and any other advice on background story would be cool too. thanks! wish everyone good luck!

that’s a great idea. i can’t wait to see what comes from this! dunno so much about his muscles ever atrophying(?). to me it seems like loss would make him all the stronger & more willing. as a suggestion, he was injured & in traction all those months. maybe use that injury, like it had a latent effect on his reflexes or something?

here’s the concept…i just a tablet…so excuse my sloppiness. i’m just getting used to it. i’m thinking maybe of giving him a wheel chair. what do you guys think? i’mthinking its not too different from regular old bruce. need to give him some kind of handicap.

This could be very interesting. I would maybe choose a different costume though since he is sort of a philosopher, I can’t really see him going about in the yellow jump suit now especially shirtless. Good luck with this, Bruce Lee is one of my favorites.
