We are currently looking for a Lead FX Animator for a live-action stereoscopic feature film project.
Contract dates: Nov 13th to May 25th, 2007 (approximately)
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Maya and Renderman
- Knowledge of particles and MEL scripting
- Stereoscopic and feature film experience an asset
Leads are also responsible for assigning shots to the artists in their team as well as make sure that everyone is able to work (ensure there are no missing plates, assets, layers, FX setup, etc
).
Additionally the lead is responsible for giving feedback to the coordinators and should be able to answer any questions from their team members.
Please note that Canadian citizenship is not required. We will cover the cost of your work permit.
