Track the arm and attach all that screens to that tracker. Pretty easy.

make each screen its own comp make them 3D an link to tracker.

Red Giants Holomatrix along with Digital Juices Motion Designer Toolkits 2 & 3 are incredible. I’ll be doing something similar to what you are doing shortly - fortunately I’ve got these items which should seriously help!
