I know how to create a Nuke in afterburn using the Torus object covered in dust particles but how do you do it in Fumefx? I would really like some help on this, thanks.

FumeFX is a fluid simulator in no way similar to afterburn. Knowing how to build one in AB is completely different than knowing how to make one in Fume.
The basics are keyframing your fuel/temperature values. Think about how an explosion really occurs. At ignition it is really hot and there is alot of fuel to burn, this fuel quickly burns and temperature also dissipates as the fuel is burned off.
