FumeFX - channel data shader doesn't render

Hey guys!

I’m trying to render my FumeFX simulation with the channel data shader (to render velocity) and it looks all nice and shiney in the FumeFX preview window, but the 3dsmax render image is completely black.

Do I have set up something else to get the channel shader to work in the 3dsmax renderer?

Seems like you need to attach a light to the sim, to make it render.

Which renderer do You use? Some channels may be rendered in Final Render only, because it’s Fume’s “native” renderer.

You need to enable your velocity channel in the sim to get it in the render also.
