Hi, so I have a question.
It’s hard to explain so I made picture with it.

What I want is to make my desaturated picture(the one to the right) skin get the same color as the original skin tone (left).
So I made a mask on the face and fingers, played around with “hue/Saturation” without touching the Value(lightness). And I got this result.
A, Z and X are my result. And Z was very accurate to the orginal picture.
B, Z and Y are the colour picker tool selected colours from the face of the orginial.
But the thing is that I can’t make A and B match or X and Y.
A is more black than B(original). And A got more saturation than B(original).
And X is less black than Y(original). And X got more saturation then Y(orgininal).
I’m sorry if i’m talking like a crazy man, but my final question is…how in the world am i going to create the correct colour (AZX to BZY) by using Hue/Saturation?
Do I have to use other tools? Because if I use Color Balance, it will effect all of the colors in AZX even when i ONLY choose Shadows in Tone Balance, the midtones and highlights still gets effected when I change the Shadows!
Help!
