And sorry for these plugins documents are remained Japanese. Please ask U.S reseller to get English documents for Maya plugin. Thier URL is,

Hi Slimz…

Maya to Animanium works pretty well right now. I believe the english documentation that Imosan spoke about comes with the plugins.

Though, I have spoken with the good people at Animanium about it…their documentation for these plugins is a bit technical…and they have assured me that something is being done about it.

The only crappy thing with these plugins is that they dont work with Maya 6 yet…which would make it an amazing duo considering how easy it is to animate in Animanium, and then re-map your animation to any other character with Maya 6’s cool new character mapping tools.

I love this program.

If you email support at animanium, they will mail you the beta plugins for Maya 6 which do indeed work. I’ve been checking out the demo and testing the whole Maya to Animanium workflow. It’s definately got a shorter learning curve than MotionBuilder but I’m still digging .fbx more so far. Animanium certainly “feels” japanese. It’s small, simple and efficient. Reminds me of their automobiles.
