I don’t know but I have contacted Autodesk at least 10 times in the last year and politely asked them if they are going to ever consider porting MB to the mac and I have never gotten a response so I don’t think they are going to get my business.

Do they get that many emails a day that they can’t respond? What’s up? I hope you get the help you need. I would call them during regular business hours and see what’s up. That’s the only way you are going to get a response IMO.

I got the same mail as you and I also contacted them.
Since they don’t reply they can go (censored).

I knew they had a bad and arrogant reputation, well, they proved it was true.

I just can’t believe it, this is more than arrogant - this is a plain rip off.
I am not willing to accept that. Major hell will be raised.

Have you tried posting in the official Autodesk Mudbox Forum?

http://area.autodesk.com/index.php/forums/viewcategory/95/

If not, It couldn’t hurt.

Autodesk finally contacted me back. Btw. yes I tried twice posting in the official Autodesk Forum at The Arena, but my post was not displayed (without any error message).

#7

Well you should have kept trying-others manage to post there every day. :hmm:
