I’m in a bit of a pickle as I no longer have access to a computer that has Frischluft Flair installed. I have to render out a few shots of my personal work for my demo reel and I need to find a free alternative to what Frischluft Volumetrics and Glow can achieve. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you have AfterEffects CS3 or CS4 you should be able to use the CC Lightrays and CC Lightburst for Volumetrics, and then the glow effect for their glow. Albeit - the effects may not be exactly the same, you could probably tweak them to get an effect that is very similar.
