Hello, I used to do frame by frame painting cloning from previous frames in older versions of After Effects some years ago, I now have after effects cs6, when I set to clone something from the previous frame of the footage, I can’t align the two frames: when I click “clone source overlay” I can align them but then when I click I can only paint from where the cursor is, for example if when I align the two frames I want them to stay aligned when I paint, I can only do that by clicking and starting to paint from where the cursor is, which if it is in the middle of the screen and I want to paint on another area it would make me do a lot of unnecessary painting, also is there a shortcut to toggle on and off the overlay clone source? thank you!
