Fluids Mixing with Geomety

Hello, my team and I are trying to get a animation working of a magical whale jumping out of a book. We have the animation of the whale working and we have the book as an emitter, which is emitting a fog-like fluid sim. What would like help with is getting the whale to interact with the fog as it jumps out of the book.

Please reply as soon as possible.

Make collide the whale with the fog/fluid.
Also try adding one large or several small motion fields on the whale-I find these might give you even more interaction control with fluids.

Dont use motion fields, make the whale an emitter and turn off all emissions, then only add inherent velocity.
