For a character with such a big head there is no weight…seems unrealistic, espically with his head bobbing back and forth the way you have it. Try bending the knees and really make it seem like your character is making contact with the floor. Also look at some reference when your animating and read lots of books…The animators survival guide is an excellent tool!!!.

Good Luck and happy animating!!

Thats for the message. I have decided to reset the head and will deal with its weight issues once I have the walk perfected… After a day of observations I have created a new cycle. Funily enough I have richard williams book sat next to me on thedesk open at all times! :stuck_out_tongue: sometimes you still cant see for lookign at what is wrong until you learn.

Let me know what you think now…

Better… try popping the hips out with each step…pop, step, pop, step, pop, step…your hips dont seem to be doing anything at the moment they look really flat. Remember to EXAGERATE, the shoulders could use a little more, make it intresting and unique. Its looking good…just keep at it everytime you animate you learn and get better and faster.

Thank sm3… I will do some work on the hips, although they are doing something (rotating on bank and heading) I guess it isnt visible enough.

Here is an update… Getting there I think!?
