firepro w5000 vs gtx770

Hello,

I’m an architect using Cinema4d, Archicad and sometimes Rhino. I am building a desktop with the following configuration:

-CPU:Inter Core i7 3770K
-GPU: firepro W5000 or gtx770
-motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V LX2
-16 GB DDR3
-Case: Corsair Carbide 500R
-PS: EVGA 750W SuperNova NEX

My question is: Wich GPU should i chose between Firepro W5000 and GTX770?

I will mainly use computer for 3d modeling and rendering and only ocasionaly for gaming. I know that gtx is for gaming and the firepro for workstations, but on some application tests i’ve seen gaming cards perform better than the firepro w5000. For gaming gtx 770 is much better than firepro, but for 3d softwares is the firepro w5000 much better?

Oh, and one more question, what difference would 4gb of gpu memory make instead of 2gb?
