Finding an effect instance in AE ??

Hi, everybody!

I searched the forum and couldn’t find any related topics, so my issue is this:

I have an AE project I haven’t worked with in awhile, and I opened it up to make some changes, and it prompted me to install RSMB Pro (Reel Smart Motion Blur) because several instances of it exist in the project, but I don’t have it available on the machine I’m using now.

However, this project is quite large, and I don’t remember where RSMB Pro was used, so I was wondering if there is a way within AE or via a plugin or script of some sort to search the project for any instances of that effect, so I can disable them, or replace them ?
