Fields vertex map to old vertex map

I have a static vertex map in cinema r20 that i want to use in r19.
how can i convert the vertex tag into a simple one. get rid of the fields.
so that i can import my geo in r19 and still have my vertex colors

Unless I’m missing what you’re after - you just untick the use fields box - on the vertex map.

The map will remain with all the fields values -
