I just woke up from my beauty sleep.
the bad news is that I’m still ugly,:argh: but the good news is
that I have some kool wips to check out !
Dejan, good start…
I really like your ball animation, the ball looks a bit heavy.
but the movement is very smooth and subtle.
The camera move looks good too.
You might want to hold it facing the dog house a lot longer.
As for the dog, don’t use the first shot for inspiration.
I was really at the end of my rope when I did that animation.
At that point I was the only one working, and I was so tired
I just wanted to get it over with. If I get the chance.
I will make the dog pounce out of the dog house not just walk out
like he did.
Maybe I’ll ask one of you guys to help me to re-animate that shot
if we have the time or energy at the end …
I agree with Juan’s comments except for the last one
with the dog rolling around on his back, that may be a bit too much
for the shot and the point is to keep the dog moving forward.
laying on his back will just stop the flow.
If you want to try playful stuff, think of a dog playing
with a mouse… pushing it with his nose , growling at it, barking.
getting surprised when it moves… but try to keep him moving forward
and moving with the cam.
Juan, your file is corrupt, it plays the start but not the end.
you may have to upload it again.
Tony, that lamp looks good but just as Juan said it looks like a Tim Burton style.
So to fix this , just take out the bends in the curves… and you also might
want to taper the top of the pole or just make the base a bit wider.
