I like the updates… you still have to bevel the edges of the cross bars .
If you don’t get what I mean , I can do it when you send me the model.
Make them like chamfer boxes…

Also you can , clone the model about 3 or 4 times and change each one a bit with
different cracks and bends…

Yep that is it… make it just a bit bigger. And do that for that top of the pole as well :thumbsup:

As for the mail box make that a bit taller, and make the door much bigger.
And put the handle at the top of the door and maybe make the handle more like
uuuummm not a ball but like a rectangle “U” shape if you get me :smiley:

Hi there,
The street stuff is looking great!
So, I have a problem… I am ashamed I am the one who always has problems…:shrug:
The thing is, I don´t have enough room to make the light trick, if we don´t open the shot a bit you can´t see that it falls from above, it seems that it just appears.
You see what I mean in the preview.
I cannot move him further or backwards, because there is a bucket intersecting with his leg.
We can also move that bucket, but I don´t know if it comes into play later on.
There isn´t much room in that yard…
Also, is the bulb going to explode after hiting him, it just bounces away or dissapears under the shade?
My first pass is almost done, waiting for C&C.

Last thing, can you make a quick render like the other ones with my final shot?(without frame counter please), I would like to put it into my reel to send it to some places.

Yes the bulb does smash when it hits his head.

Wanted to say that I am assigned on 2nd shot anims, so stay put :slight_smile:

I have XP in Max, but not in the anim field, unfortunately. I will have some Q’s surely about Max anim workflow, cause I am a Maya user, so I hope I can count on you.

[edit] TO MAX ANIMATORS: How can I break the tangent so I can have linear on one, and smooth on the other end? Like in a ball bounce… ?

Don´t worry about Max, I am also “Mayero”, and some things just don´t make sense to me. You will love to edit curves in the biped. ahm the biped… :love:some love it, some hate it (like me).
Omar thanks for the video, I am working on it right now.
The shot I want is the only one I have worked on, Shot 5, the version you are going to use in the final film, the last one. Thank you!

Anything you feel like Tony… you are way ahead of us so you can stop to smell
the flowers as you model… and take time to perfect your models.

Juan , no problem… just making sure you didn’t want to wait for shot 8 to be rendered.
I’ll let you know when shot 5 is on the server. It will be there by the end of the day.

hey juan, it looks good so far.
keep the bulb floating a bit longer before U smash it down on the boy, it happens too fast now. it can even go up a bit and then smash.
timing on other things looks ok
