Fantasy RTS - Valandor - Screenshots, Videos included

Valandor (working title) is a fantasy game set on a mythological world. The team currently consists of dedicated and talented members that have been together for a year. We are working towards a deadline of mid July to show a demo to publishers. Both our editor and engine is built from the ground up. The engine features:

. Advanced lighting technology supports per-pixel directional, spot and point lights.
. Specular and Bump mapping support
. Lightmapping and Shadow mapping support.
. Fresnel-term water effects.
. Advanced particle effects for weather.
. Specular lighting on specific layers.
. Shadow mapping and Lightmapping support.
. HDR
. and much more is being worked on.

What we are looking for is talented individuals who would not only like to add to their resume but also be part of something that is likely to succeed. The current posts we are trying to fill are:

Texture artist: specializing in both material and armor detail and texturing. We are seeking individuals that are capable of producing tileable textures for the world and units and buildings that populates it.

Modeler: who is confident with working around low polygon limit ranging from 600 to 1500.
