Facing Ratio ramp but from a Light not Camera

I want to do a gradient ramp that uses the direction from one of the lights and not the default camera on Z setup that we all use for custom fresnel gradients.

I want to see the gradient fall off towards the position of the light relative to the object.

I suppose I could use the 3d texture locator parented to the object and then just have it aim constrain to the light.

Just wondering if there is a way to use the sampler info node to make the gradient use an object for ramp direction vs the camera.

I think that you could use surface luminance node instead of sampler info, connections
are same like with sampler
