facing import problem from motionbuilder to maya

hi
i made a character and its setup with blend shape in maya…( just like 3d buzz MB tutorial i saw it) then i opean it in motionbuilder animate it attach voice and animate facial expresion…after complete it i plote all character face and actor face also record voice and …and also plote character …

when i import it in maya ( Exclusive marge) then i got only join i mean body animation…but not get any facial animation and also not ge any lipsing that i did in motionbuilder …I get all thing if i import it in maya as a new scene option check…but i want to import it in my old model that i was export for motionbuilder i mean check it exclusive marge option in maya…why i cant import facial animation if i check exclusive marge.

Please any one can help me …i need it very much…

I remember having the same issue when MB went from 4.0 to 5.0. Everything worked fine in 4.0 and then twenty things broke (or changed without anyone telling us) in 5.0.

The only thing I could suggest trying is making sure you have a keys set on each shape before importing. Put a key on each shape in default position at frame 0, then import with Exclusive Merge.

I hope that works, but I seem to remember it not working for me about 6 months ago.

Bottom line, I do all my facial animation in Maya.

I put key in first frame i mean 0 frame defolt in all shape …but it still not work not work i import it in maya…i m using MB 5 pro…I want to sent u my two file Mb and maya …hope u can help me…how i sent u my scene file…what is ur email address?

Like I said before, I don’t think it works anymore.

i also try alias…no body cant solve the problem…i m now using Mb 6 pro but still facing the same problem …it is very important …pls any body help me…
