For an upcoming project we need a solution for facial animation on a number of characters. As we already use Softimage; face robot seem like a good solution. I have a couple of questions regarding mocap and Face Robot.
Can you buy mocap data sets created with Face Robot in mind? i.e with controllers set-up on actors identical to face robot controllers
I have found a few .c3d sample files which they say can be used with Face Robot but none of the controllers were named so it became very difficult to work out which controller is which.
It would be great if anyone has used Face Robot in production if they could share their experiences.
