after a while working on a R&D project about how to make facial Motion Capture with low finance , we finaly aprotched it and our first test is uploaded here:

it has been made by just a single simple camera (with my mobile) and we use some simple markers on face.
the heart of this method is how 2d data can drive 3d face model .
the rigging of face is complex and is interacted wih sound , so that it can drive some essential morph and some displacements , using sound file and anatomy of face .
its improving and your ideas will make it better .
