Whenever I model heads, this seems to be the part I’m most unsure about. I’ve read that the eyeball is roughly 24 mm in diameter, but I don’t usually work with real world units, so this doesn’t really help me that much. I also (very)vaguely remember reading that the diameter of the eyeball is roughly equal to three times the height of the visible part of the eye. This would be helpful… if I was sure that I just didn’t imagine reading those proportions somewhere. Could anyone provide me with the proportions of the human eyeball in relation to the other parts of the face? Thanks.
eyeball proportions?

This actually would be interesting to know…would come in handy when making models in 3d.
Does anyone have an answer or a reference/picture link?

I’ve always heard that the eyes are roughly an eye apart and an eye in from the sides of the head looking straight on.
