EXR proxy

I have a huge openEXR file (35K for example) with a large number of passes(777 for example :). Whether there is any software to create a smaller proxy file from the original one? And the number of passes, their names and all the rest must be the same, but the resolution of the file.

on of the solution is - Nuke.
in eyeon fusion it`s not possible.
