Expose12 submission issues

Good day CGSociety support Gods,

I am having an issue submitting images for the Expose12 Call for Entries. Many of the images that I have submitted are not automatically tagged with the “ballisticpublishing_cfe_expose12” tag and I cannot apply the tag manually. These images have all been submitted and all show up as threads in the forum “Expose12 Call For Entries Gallery” but they do not have the “ballisticpublishing_cfe_expose12” tag:

I have tried manually adding the “ballisticpublishing_cfe_expose12” tag to these images many, many times. When I save the tags, “ballisticpublishing_cfe_expose12” usually disappears or sometimes saves as “ballisticpub” or “ballisticpublishing”.

When I submitted a few other images, the “ballisticpublishing_cfe_expose12” tag was automatically applied. Here are a few examples of my other submissions where the tag was automatically applied:

Can you please add the “ballisticpublishing_cfe_expose12” tag to each of my images so that they will be considered for the Expose12 Call for Entries?

apologies I must have missed your post.

There is a maximum character limit on tags (255 characters).

could you try removing a couple of other tags to make room for the expose12 tag.

the tag isn’t required for your submission, but will prevent it being show in the galleries which i recommend.
