Exporting To FLV

Hi,

I bought the below Motion Profile from Videhive, it was done in AfterEffects CS4. I’ve opened it up in CS5 and tried exporting it without any changes into the SWF format.

When I export it with the lowest quality and i select “Rastersize” unsupprted features the file is exported and it’s about 28MB in size. How do i lower the size of the file? i noticed the example on the VideHive website the file is 7.5MB and it’s in the FLV format.
