Effect of an internal organism from House M.D.

Hi Guys!
I make a film where it will be necessary to do different parodies on famous serial like House M.D.In a Promt i must paste the scene when blood molecules have gathered in a word “Tests”.
For exemple it must look like on a picture(this is from tutorial “Medical Zoom” by: Andrew Kramer)
So please help me or give advise on this thing…
