I’m asking here, because I want the artistic point of view, not individuals who dominately think technically. That said, I know we all think both ways.
While transfering data back and fourth in my head between photographs, technical diagrams and wireframe references, I find myself confused when trying to animate a figure that will deform beautifully in 90% of the animations I want to do with it. There are a few very nice references that I have found, though many of them don’t go below the neck.
Have there been any practical diagrams created with edgelooping in mind that cover the entire surface of the human body. I know Karl Langer published (langer’s lines) that depict the surface flow of skin. I’m looking for something a little more detailed, though I’m not looking for an entire 400,000 poly step by step edgeloop tutorial, just a simple diagram.
