to Walrus: Thanks Mike, and good point, my idea should go somewhere around General Grievous for example, not so many decoratives stuff, but more focused on charizma. I just make first general which came to my mind (:

Here’s a first idea - it’s surprisingly hard to get a ‘tribal’ looking general, but that was what I was going for. He kept looking either completely crazy, or like a shaman. Verging on the ‘shamanistic’ territory at the moment.
