My vote: Choose one of the ones with the extra arm and start modeling! You can always decide to add all the other stuff down the road - get a move on!

I like the second one, feel force from the one.
strongly recommend the second one, but need more shoulder powerful.
Anyway can wait to see the 3D.

This is one of the best concepts i’ve seen so far. 
Amazing stuff U got here.
My personal favourite is the last concept. The thing on his back somehow balances the character, and the shoulder pad is great idea too, it fits well with the character. Without it the character would be missing something. At least that’s my opinion. I would suggest to add some more metalic parts to his arm (the one with the s-pad), perhaps some claws?
I also love the colorscheme U picked up for this one. Mostly bad fellas are in dark mysterious tones but the white shades for this one gives him even more menacing look.
Really love your work. I’ll keep my eye on this thread.

Yep I am still alive. This is a small update and there isn’t alot done. I basically got the base mesh in which had problems and then i started to sculpt. its so hard to not go to the face right off the bat. But yeah i been good and started to block out the shapes and muscle groups and staying away from details.
I would love LOVE LOOOVE to have a bigger update by the end of the weekend. Been parking my ass down here. but yes. omg look at his stupid lobster bisk feet!

Hey Dave glad you finally started the 3D on this beast man! I am not sure if I am a fan yet of his left armor but you just started so its hard to judge, His face is already looking awesome, twisted and disgusting! Btw I know I am crazy haha, I was even contemplating on another! idea but decided no lol. Few more weeks man to CG Anom what sick shit you going to be showing?
