thx to the new deadline, I have made a big change which I have worked two days on it!
The new form is based on the fish version of my last concept. I think it should be like a fish thing, not a dragon or snake. So drawed some sketches, and finally got a one I like.

it can still transform, in normal days, it looks like a flower sleeping deep in the sea
