Hey thanks for all your replies, been trying to get all this guy baked for a while here is where it is so far, crits and comments are welcome

Here is the real time DirectX shaded Character, I still have to do the weapon and do some cleanups on the normal map, but the game res is finally baked for the most part

Ok I was able to get some base textures on there, the symbols are just placeholder right now, this is running realtime, even the glow (Go hammertime fx shader!)

this is running in the 3dsmax viewport with the directx shaders if anyone knows how to get max to do a large hardware render without turning the viewport sideways PLEASE let me know. Crits and comments are welcome thanks

Great start on the textures, but you can definitely push them much further. I know its just base textures so I look forward to the final, polished version

thats amazing man! i confess i wasn’t a big fan of the concept, but you executed it so well that now i love the character! great work, nothing to critic!
